CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF VENDORS FOR 2025

The Zambia Federation of Disability Organizations (ZAFOD) invites qualified and reputable vendors to submit their profiles for prequalification for the year 2025. This process aims to build a database of reliable suppliers for goods and services in alignment with ZAFOD’s mission of empowering and supporting persons with disabilities.

CATEGORIES OF GOODS AND SERVICES

ZAFOD seeks vendors in the following categories:

- General office stationery
- IT equipment (computers, printers, accessories, etc.)
- Office furniture
Transport and Logistics
- Vehicle hire and leasing
- Fleet maintenance and servicing
- Fuel supply
Consultancy and Professional Services
- Financial auditing and accounting services
- Capacity building and training facilitators
- Research and evaluation services
Facilities Management
- Cleaning and fumigation services
- Building maintenance and repairs
- Security services
Event Management and Catering
- Conference venues and services
- Catering services
- Event planning and décor
Media and Communications
- Printing and publication services
- Advertising and public relations
- Graphic design and branding
Medical Supplies and Assistive Devices
- First aid kits and medical equipment
- Assistive devices (wheelchairs, crutches, hearing aids, etc.)
Construction and Renovation Services
- Civil works
- Electrical and plumbing services
- Painting and tiling
Other Miscellaneous Services
- Insurance services
- Travel and ticketing agents
- Waste management

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested vendors are required to submit the following:

Company profile.
Copy of valid business registration certificate.
Tax clearance certificate for 2024/2025
NAPSA Compliance certificate
References from at least three clients.
List of goods/services offered, including pricing information.
Proof of experience working with NGOs (where applicable).

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All submissions must be sent in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Vendor Submission 2025” to the address below by 7th March, 2025 at 17:00hrs. Late submissions will not be accepted.
