ZAFOD in partnership with Africa Digital Inclusion Alliance welcome you to Lusaka, Zambia for the Africa Disability Digital Inclusion Summit that will be held from 11th to 13th September 2025 in Mulungushi Conference Center, Lusaka, Zambia.
An online registration link is provided below for the Summit. It is therefore important to fill the registration form. Please note that late registration will attract an additional K540 ($20)

The registration desk will be opened during the Summit daily from 08:00 AM (Central Africa Time) at the venue for the issuance of accreditation and badges. Each participant shall be given a badge for identification purposes during the period of the Summit.
Visas will be issued in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Zambia: Copy of Passport Data page

Participants are required to hold a passport that is valid for a minimum of six (6) months.
The ordinary visa permits the holder to attend the Summit and visit Zambia, for the period stipulated in the visa. You are required to comply with all laws and regulations in force in the territory of Zambia.
Call for Abstracts
We are calling for abstract on any of the sub-themes of the summit.
The deadline for receipt of abstracts is Thursday 31 July 2025. The abstracts should be submitted to: africaddisumit2025@gmail.com
The Abstract should clearly state the topic background, objectives, methodology and at least 5 key words. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent on Thursday 07th August 2025 and full papers will be expected before Friday, 15st August 2025. Those who have already sent their abstracts should not resend.
